ANSWER: That means that your computer is behaving nicely. Websites like to reward good computers. When you go to a website that doesn't offer cookies, it's upsetting to your computer. Computers like cookies, especially chocolate chip. Sometimes a website might give your computer a stale cookie and it will become violently ill. If that happens, stand back from the computer and do NOT touch the keyboard. Caution: If you type anything, your computer may just cursor you out! Don't take that personally. It needs a little time to neut-ralize. They often suffer neurotic episodes when they have too many cookies.
You do not want your computer to eat too many cookies. They are real sensitive and getting too many at once can upset their balance because their processor can't digest them all. Too many sugary cookies can also make your computer act up. It's the same way that you react whenever you drink a lot of sodas, candy or other sugary substances. You become hyper and feel jumpy like you can't slow down. What you need to do is ration how many cookies that your computer is allowed. It also depends on the computers age on how many they can handle. Older computers lack the memory to recall how many cookies that they have ingested and they will continue to accept more and more without realizing it. Younger computers are notorious for accepting way too many cookies and you will need to put a stop to that immediately! Tell your computer in a stern voice that they have had enough. They will resent that and their processor fan will more than likely speed up. Yelling at your computer won't help that just makes their harddrive angry. Be firm and let your computer know who's the boss! Place your computer in a corner facing a wall for at least an hour for a 'TIME OUT'. The procesor fan will howl for awhile, but don't let that get to you, that will subside in short order. After the 'TIME OUT', give your computer a little nurturing. Not a lot though, too much nurturing will only confuse it and then you'll end up creating more problems.
You can usually tell when your computer has had enough cookies by gently placing your hand over it's BROW...SER. The best way to teach your computer not to accept too many cookies is by going to a website that specializes in 'COMPUTER COOKIE COMPULSIVE EATING DISORDERS'. There are also books that you can purchase on this subject or your local library may also have a book covering this topic as well. You will need to sit down with your computer in a quiet place and read the contents to it. Your computer may get bored and shut you out by turning itself off. Don't be alarmed, computers get bored easily, or you may be speaking too softly. Now is a good time to shake all the cookie crumbs off the computer too.
Remind your computer that you are concerned with it's health and there is more to life than cookies. Tell it a joke, computers have a sense of humor. Explain to your computer that it needs regular exercise. Take it out for a walk or to the park for some activities. Just be sure that your computer is up todate on it's latest anti-virus vaccinations and is properly licensed. You will need to have a leash and collar to control it as you don't want it to run out in the street and get hit by a car. In fact, there is a leash law in most cities that require your computer to be under your control at all times and not allowed to roam freely. You could be held liable depending on the processor size and aggresiveness if your computer attacks another computer. Someone might call the 'COMPUTER CONTROLLERS' and they will bring a large 'INTER-NET' to capture your computer if it's off of a leash. The fines can be quite hefty, so use common sense or the 'COMPUTER CONTOLLERS' may incarcerate your computer and place it in a foster care for 'WAYWARD COMPUTERS HARDDRIVE HOME'! Even worse, if your computer appears aggresive towards them, they may decide to put your computer to sleep! So be careful!
